Define and distinguish single agency, seller agency and buyer agency. Realize the proper forms of disclosure.

Define the reasons for a discharge and remedies of both the client and customer in the breach of a contract. You will look at statistical evidence of how buyers purchase and the importance buyers place on finding homes on the Internet, newspaper advertising, signage, TV advertising, and open houses. Identify the three major classifications of buyers or sellers including visual, auditory and kinesthetic. Learn to effectively advertise to and identify the four buying groups: Belongers, Achievers, Emulators, and Societal-Conscious and examine what each groups individual "hot buttons" consist of.
