The GRI Designation is the largest Educational program offered by your NRA. The institute consists of six courses designed to increase and further develop REALTORS® awareness of current real estate topics and issues. All classes are now offered on a yearly basis, so you can earn your GRI in a calendar year!

Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)
With over 40,000 members, REBAC is the largest association of real estate professionals focusing on all aspects of buyer representation. Over 30,000 ABR® designees have completed the REBAC course, passed the test and provided documentation of buyer agency experience.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
The CRS designation is an educational program co-sponsored by your NRA and Nebraska CRS Chapter. This is the highest designation awarded to salespersons in the residential sales field. You can choose from eight different classes, depending on your residential specialty or interests to earn your CRS.

You can take these eLearning courses at anytime and from any computer with an Internet connection. You will have 45 days to complete the 8-hour courses and pass a final exam. Upon successful completion, you will earn one-unit of core credit toward the CRS Designation for each course. Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB)
The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation is recognized industry-wide as the measure of success in brokerage and real estate business management. The new CRB Designation Program now provides credit for management experience, higher education and previously earned NAR designations. Additional credits can be earned through the Council's management education programs delivered live or by Self Study on CD-ROM.
