The Buyers are Coming! Are You Ready?— 25% OFF the Accredited Buyer’s Representative® Designation Core Course

This will be the only month in 2015 that the ABR® Designation Core Course will be offered at a price this low! In May, this course is 25% OFF– a savings of over $70!

NAR’s 2015 Generational Survey points to an untapped demand for homeownership by younger buyers. “Millennials are entering their peak buying period and are soon expected to surpass boomers in total population.” A BMO Bank survey from last year indicated that 75% of Millennials are planning to buy a home within the next five years. Gen X’ers are not far behind.

The ABR® is the essential credential for buyer representation and this course is its core requirement—the first step to take— towards earning the ABR® designation. This course is specifically designed to help you win buyers as clients, conduct buyer consultation sessions, successfully negotiate and close transactions, and so much more!

In addition to this core course, applicants are required to successfully complete one other course from a list of approved ABR® electives. A number of these courses are available in online format through REALTOR® University. The complete information about the ABR® designation, its value, benefits, and requirements may be found here.
Offer valid through May 31, 2015
All courses expire six months from date of purchase.
