REALTOR® Membership Application, Dues & Benefits

The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, real estate's only professional organization, was organized for the benefit of its members. Its purpose is to make its members more successful by ensuring that they receive the education necessary to compete in the marketplace; by enforcing the Code of Ethics, which protects both REALTOR® and consumer alike; by being a strong political force; by maintaining a vigilant legal staff; and by promoting the REALTOR® image.

If you're a Real Estate Professional, can you afford not to belong to such an organization? We don't know, but we do feel you should be aware of the many benefits of REALTOR® membership. Members have access to educational programs at reduced rates, legal counsel for real estate matters is available at no charge and our members can purchase forms through our office and have access to our library full of reference material. Members also receive our monthly newsletter, Nebraska REALTOR® News & Notes, that keeps everyone up to date on the latest Association news and events. Members may also purchase a membership directory published every spring or make contributions to the Political Action fund. Those are just a few of our benefits that we feel are valuable to our members.

If you review the Nebraska REALTORS® Association Bylaws, our Ethics & Arbitration information, our member services and our educational offerings, we hope you feel it would be worth your while to take advantage of these many benefits and become a REALTOR® in the Association.

A member under the jurisdiction of any local board must join the Association at the local, state and national levels; however, the "board of choice" policy allows members to join the local board that is most beneficial to them.
