The Nebraska REALTORS® Association’s Home Buyer’s Assistance Foundation is a nonprofit organization with a mission to support first-time home buyers in Nebraska, with an emphasis on low and moderate income individuals and communities.  The foundation also works to offer housing relief to communities affected by natural disasters. The Home Buyer’s Assistance Foundation is a nonprofit organization administered by the Nebraska REALTORS® Association.  The Home Buyer’s Assistance Foundation has been approved by the IRS for 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit tax exempt status.

All real estate licensees are not the same. Only real estate licensees who are members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® are properly called REALTORS®. REALTORS® are committed to treat all parties to a transaction honestly. REALTORS® subscribe to a strict code of ethics and provide a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.
