Brad Hulse is the Designated Broker for Lincoln First Realty. He has been involved in the real estate business for over 14 years! He began his career at one of Lincoln’s largest property management firms in their leasing division. In 2006, he obtained his Nebraska real estate license than in 2013 while at Lincoln First Realty he received his Nebraska brokers license. Over his career, Brad has worked with a myriad of people in varying different circumstances including distressed homes, first time home buyers, investment properties, new construction homes, relocation, farm property, and acreage homes.  Family and his home are Brad's passions. He loves Lincoln and has called it home for more than 30 years!  He is active in the community through the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Boy Scouts, People’s City Mission and the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln where he is on several committees and serves on their Board of Directors. Lincoln is home to Brad and his wife Emily’s family including Mya, Madison and Lincoln.


Jesslyn Osborn is the owner/broker of Ally Property Management & Real Estate in Gering, Nebraska. In 2010 she graduated with a double major bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing. Jesslyn obtained her real estate license in 2011 and brokers license in 2015. She participated in the Nebraska Realtors Association 2017 leadership academy and has been awarded the C2EX endorsement. Jesslyn sits on numerous local and state committees. She is currently the Western Nebraska Board of Realtor’s president and is the Western Director on the Nebraska Realtors Association board of directors. Jesslyn’s specialty is property management; she loves everything about real estate investing, helping others with their real estate investment goals, and helping tenants have an enjoyable renting experience. Juggling being a young entrepreneur and mother to 2 young children doesn’t leave much down time for Jesslyn, but she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family every extra moment she can find.   

Dohse Doug

Doug Dohse, CRS is a REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate in Omaha.  Doug got his real estate license in 1996 and has been involved in real estate for over 24 years.  Doug is a REALTOR® who combines his love for the industry with his passion for education. He has been a licensed REALTOR® for more than 24 years and has taught in the industry since 2011. He currently works at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ambassador Real Estate as a fulltime salesperson. Doug was the 2019 Omaha Area Board of Realtors President serving over 2800 agents throughout the Omaha/Metro area. He has been a director at the Nebraska REALTORS® Association since 2016. Doug has served on several committees throughout his career including governmental affairs, social events and is currently the co-chair of the REALTOR® Political Action Committee. Doug’s commitment to the Real Estate industry makes for a great learning experience.

Alesia was born and raised in Nebraska.  She lived in Lincoln for over 20 years and now resides in Hickman.  Barnhart previously served in the Army National Guard for eight years and worked full time for a contract company at the Immigration and Naturalization Service for 10 years.  After obtaining her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice she went to work for the Nebraska State Patrol.  She started with CJ Burleigh Real Estate, PC in 2009 as an office manager and received her Real Estate License in 2012.  In 2014, she obtained her MRP (Military Relocation Professional) Certification.  In 2015 she obtained her Broker License and started her classes for the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) Designation which she completed in 2016. She serves on many committees at the Local and State levels including the Young Professionals Network, Housing Advocacy, Convention Committee, Governmental Affairs Committee, and Grievance Committee, and serves as an Ombudsman for the Nebraska REALTORS® Association.  She also serves as a Director on the Education Trust Fund Board of Directors at the REALTORS® Association of Lincoln. Alesia enjoys spending time with her 6 year old daughter and husband of 14 years, and doing anything outdoors, especially camping and fishing.

Byrnes Mary

Mary Byrnes is a Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer at Lincoln Federal Savings Bank of Nebraska located in the Omaha branch, serving homebuyer's and home owners in Omaha and the surrounding area and across Nebraska with over thirty nine years of mortgage lending experience.  She enjoys working with home owners and buyers, focusing on first-time homebuyer's and serving their needs in offering a vast array of mortgage loan products for purchases or refinances in many loan programs and included in her menu of knowledge is new construction and home remodeling financing.  Mary is an active member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors.  She instructs Realtors and consumers in mortgage finance and currently serves on the Education and Affiliate Committees .

Harder Mary

Mary is a REALTOR® with Woods Bros Realty Inc. in Grand Island, NE. She received her license in 2001 and obtained her Brokers license in 2015.  She was a partner at Real Estate Group of Grand Island from 2001-2019 and joined Woods Bros Realty in December of 2019.  Mary and her husband, Jim, have to grown sons.

Milt has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2014.  He obtained his brokers license in 2017 and is currently an Associate Broker with Nebraska Realty in Omaha.   Milt has received his GRI designation and the AHWD, PSA, RENE, and SRES certifications.  He is very active with the Omaha Area Board of REALTORS® Diversity committee. Before getting into real estate, he obtained his chemical engineering degree and supervised construction in the chemical industry for 25 years.  Milt is a former fireman/medic in Davis/West Sacramento, California. Milt is excited to be a part of the Home Buyer's Assistance Foundation and feels that it is going to allow him to further promote home ownership for all.
